You acknowledge and agree:

  • All merchandise is sold as wholesale liquidation inventory.
  • Products may include customer returns, shelf pulls, overstock, discontinued items, and closeouts.
  • Items may have damaged packaging, missing components, or varying conditions.
  • Manufacturer warranties are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.

Buyers assume full responsibility for evaluating and understanding liquidation inventory risk.

3. “AS IS” & Final Sale Policy

All products are sold “AS IS” and “WHERE IS.”

Pallet Profit Zone makes no guarantees regarding:

  • Exact item quantities
  • Specific brand composition
  • Condition consistency
  • Retail value accuracy
  • Resale profitability

Manifested lots are based on supplier-provided data and are not guaranteed to be 100% accurate.
Unmanifested lots are sold unverified.

All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be issued except where required by applicable law.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in EUR (€) unless otherwise specified.

We reserve the right to:

  • Adjust pricing without notice
  • Correct errors
  • Cancel orders due to inventory or pricing discrepancies

Orders are only confirmed after full cleared payment.

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

Risk transfers to the buyer once goods leave the warehouse.

Pallet Profit Zone is not responsible for:

  • Freight delays
  • Carrier damages
  • Lost shipments
  • Customs clearance issues

Buyers must inspect shipments upon delivery.

7. Warehouse Pickup

Buyers must:

Uncollected orders after 5 business days may incur storage fees.

  • Ensuring tax compliance
  • Evaluating risk before purchase

We do not guarantee resale performance.

9. Intellectual Property
