At Pallet Profit Zone, we operate as a wholesale liquidation supplier. Due to the nature of liquidation inventory, all sales are subject to the terms outlined below.

By purchasing from us, you agree to this Return & Refund Policy.


1. All Sales Are Final

All merchandise is sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranties expressed or implied.

Because liquidation inventory may include:

  • Customer returns
  • Shelf pulls
  • Overstock
  • Closeouts
  • Mixed-condition goods

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges based on:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Condition variations
  • Missing accessories
  • Damaged packaging
  • Incorrect resale expectations
  • Lower-than-expected resale value

Liquidation buying carries inherent risk, and buyers assume full responsibility before purchase.


2. Manifest Accuracy Disclaimer

Manifested lots are based on supplier-provided data and may contain:

  • Quantity variances
  • SKU substitutions
  • Retail price discrepancies
  • Condition grading inconsistencies

We do not guarantee 100% manifest accuracy.

Unmanifested lots are sold unverified and uninspected.

No refunds will be issued due to manifest discrepancies unless legally required.


3. Freight Damage Claims (Exception)

The only situation where a claim may be considered is verified shipping damage.

If your shipment arrives damaged:

  1. You must note the damage on the Bill of Lading (BOL) at the time of delivery.
  2. Take clear photos before unloading.
  3. Notify us within 24 hours via:

Failure to document damage at delivery voids eligibility for claims.

If freight was arranged independently by the buyer, claims must be filed directly with the freight carrier.


4. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once:

  • Payment has been received, or
  • The order has been processed for shipment or pickup

If a cancellation request is submitted before processing, approval is at our sole discretion and may incur administrative fees.


5. Warehouse Pickup Policy

For warehouse pickups:

Once inventory leaves our warehouse, responsibility transfers to the buyer.

We are not responsible for damages occurring after pickup.


6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in:

  • Immediate account suspension
  • Legal recovery action
  • Blacklisting from future purchases

We reserve the right to provide documentation to financial institutions in dispute cases.


7. Non-Returnable Items

The following are strictly non-returnable:

  • Opened pallets
  • Partial pallets
  • Truckloads
  • Clearance lots
  • Custom bulk orders

8. Refund Eligibility

Refunds, if approved under exceptional circumstances, will:

  • Be processed to the original payment method
  • Exclude shipping costs
  • Exclude payment processing fees

Refund approval is at our sole discretion and limited to verified operational errors.


9. Business-to-Business Transactions

All purchases are considered business-to-business (B2B) wholesale transactions.

Consumer return rights under EU consumer protection laws may not apply where purchases are made for resale or commercial purposes.
